Join us as we walk through God’s beautiful creation, strengthening both body and spirit. Joy in the Journey is a space for women to connect, reflect, and grow in Christ through gentle exercise and fellowship. Inspired by Psalm 16:11 – “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy” – our walks are more than steps; they’re spiritual journeys filled with peace, prayer, and purpose. Whether you come to stretch your legs or your faith, you’ll find joy on the path with us.

Event details: we are meeting just outside Bromley South station at 13.00 to catch 13.22 train to Shoreham from Platform 1 arriving at 13.44.

We plan to walk through the beautiful village of Shoreham where Wesley often preached, enjoy its countryside and stop for a drink until about 16.00 - 16.30. Then take the train from Shoreham station back to Bromley South. Trains are regular, every half an hour. Return ticket is £9.80.

If you choose to drive to Shoreham we suggest you park at Station Road, TN14 7SA (Google Map), England, United Kingdom. Then meet us at Shoreham station at 13.44.

There is a village store in Shoreham where you can buy some drinks and snacks, however we recommend that you have enough water and some snacks with you. Please wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes and check the weather before the walk in case you need an umbrella or waterproof jacket.
